TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms set out below must be accepted and signed before the Account Application
can be considered.

1. A credit limit will be placed on the account, which must be respected. Total purchases on credit must be
maintained within this limit If additional credit is required at any time, this must be specifically
arranged in advance

2. Nett prompt payment is required by the LAST DAY of the month following the date of the delivery

3. This facility will be CONDITIONAL upon the account being maintained within 30 days as we do not provide
any extensions beyond that

4. The property of the goods remain vested in the seller until payment of the whole of the price thereof by the
Buyer not withstanding delivery of the goods to the Buyer but in the meantime the buyer shall be responsible
for any loss or damage to the goods howsoever caused and risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery

5. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts

6. I/WE AGREE to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the above and in relation to the Privacy
Act 1988 I/WE ACKNOWLEDGE notification by you of the matters set out in the Attached statement entitled

“Most Important – Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth)” at clause A and agree that you may exercise the rights
and do the things set out in the attached Clauses B,C, and D of the aforesaid statement.
