may be an additional freight charge.

Delivery is FREE, with no handling and insurance charges. Our

minimum order for FREE delivery is $50 including GST.

Occasionally delays do occur. These can be either courier delays or

out of stock situations with manufacturers. We will endeavour to keep

you informed when these delays occur.

If orders are delivered listing backorders for products that are urgent,

please call us immediately. Often the backorder will follow within 24 to

48 hours, however a substitute product may be available if it is
